MANAGING PARTNER
ADOLFO ANGUIANO has over 20 years of experience providing consultancy and representing clients in litigation across numerous sectors and jurisdictions in Mexico. He holds a Law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City, and postgraduate studies in: Tax Law at Escuela Libre de Derecho; Amparo Litigation at the Supreme Court of Justice School; Customs Operations Certification issued by COFOCE; Tax Crimes at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM); and Senior Management at Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresa (IPADE).
On the international level, he has completed programs at the UN School in The Hague, Netherlands; International Tax Law at the Ned Shelton Executive’s Institute and at the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD); and a Master’s in Tax Law at Stockholm University, Sweden.
He began his professional career at the law firm Basham, Ringe & Correa in Mexico City, served as Associate at Chevez, Ruiz, Zamarripa in Mexico City, and later as Responsible Attorney at Deloitte in the Bajío office.
He is the Founding President of the Guanajuato Chapter of the Mexican Bar Association (Barra Mexicana Colegio de Abogados) and a member of its National Board of Directors; an active partner of the National Association of Tax Specialists (ANEFAC); and a guest attorney of the Bajío-West Regional Tax Commission (COFIRE) of the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants.
